mousetrap
It means that pure capitalism works. If you have a better idea than your competitors, then you will be more successful than them.
simple: you get a mousetrap and some wood and some string and something for wheels and something for axles and you stick them all together!
To build a mousetrap catapult to launch an egg and the mousetrap through a hoop, first attach a lever arm to the mousetrap's snapper arm to increase leverage. Next, secure the mousetrap to a stable base and position the hoop 8 inches away from the mousetrap. Adjust the lever arm and aim to launch the egg-and-mousetrap contraption through the hoop. Experiment with different tension levels on the mousetrap's spring to achieve the desired trajectory.
I would suggest building a motor first.
It's a mis-quote of Ralph Waldo Emerson, who never wrote the actual line.. See http://www.uh.edu/engines/epi1163.htm
I have some ideas... 1- Attach a rubberband to the mouse trap to hold it back and not let it snap more than a quarter of the way. Attach something to hold the object you're launching. Set the trap, insert your object, and let it (quarter way) snap!! 2. Attach the metal snapper to the floor, place the object in front of where the base will hit when the mousetrap snaps. Set the mousetrap, let it go, and watch your object fly solo (Or should I say So-Low) Using this method will cause the object to fly lower than normal. Anyone have some better ideas??
