Nancy L. Hoepli has written: 'Great Decisions '86 (Great Decisions)'
Human rights, and specifically in the Constitution, give us the rights we deserve. This gives humans the abilities to act on our own terms and make our own decisions, but since with great freedom comes great responsibility, there is a large margin where we can mess it up. Having so much freedom without our actions constantly under surveillance allows humans to make mistakes (which is both inevitable and apart of life) so there is a large amount of consequences due to having humans rights: mainly making wrong decisions and taking matters into our own hands (riots, strikes...)
The Declaratory Act of 1766 stated that Parliament had the right to tax and make decisions for the British colonies "in all cases". ;) L.M.A
