Although in many modern physics theories it is natural to assume multiple universes, it isn't currently known for sure whether there ARE other Universes; and to the best of my knowledge, it isn't known for sure, if there are any, whether it is possible for them to collide (the different universes might be inaccessible for one another); and what such a collision would be like.It is, of course, conceivable that huge amounts of energy would be released in such a case, or that such a collision would make the laws of nature change, in such a way that the resulting would be hostile for life as we know it - and that such a collision would expand very quickly (somewhere in the order of the speed of light), but wouldn't destroy our entire Universe all at once.

no certainly not, the collision is effective is the collision occur with adequate energy and at proper angle ( also known as collision theory).
