This v6 engine has the traditional front-wheel drive 'transverse' mounting. This means the exhaust manifolds are on the front (towards the radiator) and back (facing the firewall) sides of the engine.The exhaust manifold is made of heavy cast iron and directly beneath where the sparkplugs mount.
It is behind the radiator side engine mount.
Look more carefully and see if the radiator is leaking -sounds like it. If so, get it repaired ASAP.
If you mean drain valve, it is on the left side tank at the very bottom. It is on the back side of tank and drains through the radiator lower mount bracket.
Remove first the radiator mount and hood latch mechanism. Drain cooling system by placing a pan under radiator and allowing it to drip until empty. Remove radiator caps, replace radiator and return radiator mount and hood latch mechanism refill your cooling system with a premium grade coolant.

It didn't come with one from the factory. Just an overflow hose running beside the radiator. So if you want to put one on it, mount it where ever you choose.
Remove your lower passenger side engine mount and you will be able to rock the engine back far enough for the fan to clear the manifold.

Remove the plastic "filler panel" between the radiator mount (top) and the front grill on the driver side. They are attached to the radiator mount (top)and are not visible unless the "panel" has been removed.
It is behind the engine mount on the radiator side of the engine.
Exhaust gas recirculation. The egr meters a small amount of exhaust gas back into the engine. This gas lowers the combustion temperature which lower the a mount of oxides of nitrogen in the exhaust.
