Chrome doesn't have a built in way to block sites. However, there are third party Chrome extensions such as Chrome Nanny which do block sites. These can be found in the Google webstore.

It is not the fault of Chrome to block or not open websites. Facebook account could not open may be because of site issues.

Okay, so there is a software on my computer that keeps opening google chrome on its own to its website and i want to make it so that the software can never open to that website.
