State the relation between atomic number, mass number and number of neutrons in an atom. Edit: Somethings got mixed up here. The answer to the "Bohr" question is "1913". That's when he came up with a model for the Hydrogen atom, at least. Actually, I've seen various dates for this from 1912 and 1915, but I think that 1913 is probably correct.
