Only the police know...but they can, however, track down the bully using special software and using their computer knowledge. They can then find the bully and speak to them, and have them put in record. There are many other ways...but I am unsure.
people can stop cyber bullying by speaking up and telling someone. they also can speak their minds to the bully and tell them to stop. sometimes you can ignore it but other time you can't take it but stay calm you'll get through it
If you're the one being bullied, then you could laugh at it,and make a joke out of it. You could also ignore them and just walk away. If you're watching someone being bullied, then you could help the victim, you can try to comfort the victim and ask the bully to stop. Sometimes you don't even have to speak, just stand next to the victim and stand up to the bully. But be careful, you wouldn't want to bully the bully.Stop Bullying Now!!!
You should talk to a trusted adult or authority figure about the bullying. It's important to surround yourself with supportive friends who accept you for who you are. Consider seeking counseling or therapy to help cope with the bullying and improve your self-esteem.
Bystanders play a powerful role when bullying takes place, and the exact role depends on the exact crowd. They have the power to speak out against it, defend the victim, whisk the victim off to safety, run the bully off or humiliate them, etc. But often, they don't exercise those powers. Instead, they laugh, say things to further incite the bully, make videos of the victims being humiliated to post on social networking sites, take up for the bully, join in on the bullying, and so on. Other bystanders simply do nothing and give consent through silence.
Ignore it, if possible. Walk away. People that bully other people don't deserve even the time of day, so to speak. If it persists, tell a supervisor, teacher, adult, someone, but try not to engage the bully directly.
it depends on wich bully you speak of like off a movie but you need to be more dictiptive
