Christianity as of a.d. 2009 does NOT practice animal sacrifice, as some primitive cults such as Santeria (lit. saintness) which appopriates some Catholic customs and saints/The feeling is- Man has dominion over the animals- and should use them wisely. This permits the use of animals for food- indeed fisherman are shown time and again in a favorable light in scripture.= normal agricultural use of meat animals and scientific research, etc. are Okay. what is not Okay is deliberate abuse of animals, animal worship or quasi-worship- some would say this extends to Pet cemeteries and the like., and as mentioned before animal sacrifice which usually involves torture and suffering on the part of the animals. it should be noted that Hunting is somewhat of a Grey area, neither condemned nor condoned. still I cannot imagine St. Francis ( nature boy indeed) out hunting with a shotgun!
Sure, for food and defense. For fun, no.
Each religion is different and factions within religions are often different on their beliefs on the us of animals for food. There are also strictures on what animals can an cannot be eaten.
Because they think killing/sacrificing lambs is funny.
what was paul rever's religious views

somtimes yes there is good in killing them only so they dont get over populated. As in crops, certain animals are raised to feed us, dress us, and in different times, even house us. Differing points of views, yes. But there you have it.
I regret to inform you that a pigeon is a pigeon and I doubt any religious views would contradict this.
Christianity
global warming is killing the animals such as polar bears, hibernating animals and much more
I don't believe that a person's religious views should affect their treatments of others. i think that it doesn't matter what a person's religious views are - everyone should be treated with respect.
