Cambridge wants at least 700 in each SAT subject, three AP tests which must include at least two 5's and the third should be no lower than 4. You can supposedly sub a 700+ SAT II for an AP test, but honestly, if you want to get in, this is what your application should have

SAT I:

Math-700+

Writing-700+

Critical Reading-700+

AP Tests

(Relevant to your focus)-5

(Relevant to your focus)-5

Random Class-5

Random Class-4+

And three SAT II's that are relevant to your area above 700. But, to be competitive, a combined SAT I of 2250+ and 750 each for SAT II's.
