I assume you are asking about the Walt Disney College Program. If so, yes. You will be given a bus schedule that arrives at all 3 housing locations for pick up of Disney CP's and drop them off backstage at all parks, Downtown Disney, and Water Parks. It is provided free through the College Program.
Orlando has a few colleges, but Disney itself has a college program where they offer accredited classes and a paid internship for second semester college students and higher! Go check it out!
I have never been in the Disney college programs but I know two people who have- one in the art department and one in the landscaping department and they both said it was a lot of fun.
The current Walt Disney World International Program began in 2004 with the restructuring and streamlining of multiple divisions into just two: the Cultural Representative Program and the International College Program. Walt Disney World has welcomed international cast members since 1982, when Epcot opened on October 1st.

Yes, they most certainly can! You need to apply through their hourly or salaried job postings, or in person at the Walt Disney World Casting Center. College students can also apply for the International College Program.
You will be contacted for a phone interview after viewing an online E-Presentation and submitting the necessary application materials.
There are a couple options for International Employment at Disney. If you are a student you can do the International College Program, but you have to go to a University that does the exchange with Disney. You can do the Summer Experience Program which is a summer exchange and you also have to be a student for that. Or you can Cultural Representative Program, this gets you a job for one year at the Britain Pavilion in Epcot, and you don't have to be a student. Best of luck! I interviewed for the Cultural Representative Program and didn't get it, but I know others who have done it and it sounds like a blast!
No. Most cast members have their own housing. Disney does offer off property dorms for the cast members enrolled in college program or international program. Some cast members choose to stay in extended stay hotels (approx, $180/week) but these are not owned or operated by Disney.
No, there is not a Disneyland School, per-say, but there is a Disney College Program that is a paid internship. You may take classes while interning but it is not required.
Children 2 & under are admitted free.
There are a number of colleges and universities that have a cooperative agreement with Disney. The coursework is acceptable depending of the participating schools accreditation. That being said, the Disney program is noted as outstanding by many colleges and universities, and has my vote as a business professor at a college that does participate. In addition, it looks very good on a resume for those students entering the corporate sector. There are a number of colleges and universities that have a cooperative agreement with Disney.
