Pass it to 2nd floor 207 window 1. then they will give you an application form, you just need to fill out the form, sign it and put your thumb mark. then you need to pay 20 pesos on the ground floor (i forgot the name), but from the stairs just turn right. Proceed to counter B inside. After paying, go back to 207 , then you need to pay 20 pesos for the docs stamp. They will release your paper , then you just have to sign again and put your thumb mark. That's it. lol
