1. Get a request letter in arabic from the authorities requesting the Police Certificate.
2. Have this letter attested by the Saudi Ministry of Exterior.
3. Submit the attested letter to the police along with 2-2 passport size photos, copy of the resident permit. Its better to take copies of the passport as well and the visa copy.
4.Pray that it is accepted.
Once you receive the certificate, have it translated in english or any other language and have it attested by notary public and send it to the authorities who requested it along with the original arabic version.
