In order to be a representative in the United States House of Representatives, you must have the three following requirements according to Article 1 Section 2 Clause 2 of the United States Constitution:

- You must have attained the age of 25 years old.

- Been a citizen of the United States for 7 years directly before election

- when elected be an Inhabitant of that state in which he shall be representing.

There are NO other constitutional requirements.
