In order to qualiify for a passport, one must have the following:

  • Proof of citizenship, by means of a certified birth certificate from your birth country, or an already existing undamaged passport, or Naturalization Certificate and Certificate of Citizenship, or a Consular Report of Birth Abroad or Certification of Birth.
