No. California does not honor any "gun permits" from Nevada. I assume you are referring to the Nevada CCW (Concealed Carry of a Weapon) permit as Nevada does not have any actual "gun permits".
There are no legal requirements to sign a will in Nevada. The only requirement is that you need to be 18.
You will need a lawyer for a current/correct/legal answer
If you buy from a licensed dealer, no, but you will need some sort of official ID.
Federal law says 21 to buy a handgun and 18 to buy a long gun. Federal law says 21 to buy a handgun and 18 to buy a long gun. Unless Through Private sales,Gun shows and private transfer. Many states also allow minors to buy firearms.Although I have forgotten precisley which ones,I know Texas,Virginia,Nevada and Maybe Florida allow it. No point placing an age limit on firearms.
I can buy shotguns in nevada, I am the terminator, I'll be back!
It depends on your needs. In general, you should buy a handgun that fits your hand properly. Beyond that, buy a gun that meets whatever other requirements you have.
Yes
how far does a criminal background go to recieve gun licence in las vegas nevada
Yes, silencers are legal in Nevada (assuming they are correctly registered with the ATF)
Yes, as long as you comply with Nevada's requirements on the move.
IF the Pawnshop has a Federal Firearms License, and you are looking at a rifle or shotgun, and meet the other requirements to buy a gun (legal presence in the US, not a felon, not mentally incompetent, etc,) yes, you can buy a gun. You must be 21 to purchase a handgun. Depite the misinformation in the news media, pawnshop operators must follow the same Federal law as any gun dealer.
