The responsibility of a Wire Transfer Agent is as follows:

- Record TO WHOM is the money being SENT TO (all fields)
- The Type of Transfer (case, wire, credit load, etc.)
- The Exchange Rate Applicable
- The Transfer Charges Applicable.
- Get the form signed from you, and provide you with a receipt of the same.
