Lung Cancer; maybe because THC has been shown to slow and or stop the progression of cancer. Second, the ONLY drug that is scientifically proven to kill

brain cellls is Noxious Gas. And NO you cannot regenerate dead brain cells only grow new ones. Other then that there are no scientifically proven effects or results from smoking marijuana.

You build up a tolerance to marijuana, and you can't pass a drug test. Munchies, maybe weed naps, nothing really bad, unless you have to take a drug test, or just simply don't like the way marijuana makes you feel. I have heard stories of people being allergic to marijuana, don't know how true they were, but considering it's pretty much possible to be allergic to ANYTHING, I wouldn't rule it out. While you're high, you might notice a slight loss of short-term memory, some people do, some don't, but once you come down it goes away.
