the rights of teachers is to respect
Yes. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. fought for civil rights so that teacher could give kids homework.
bye asking your history teacher
Of course, a substitute teacher has all the rights and responsibilities a teacher has. Yes, the sub has the responsibilities of a teacher. But I disagree about rights. If there is a Substitute Teacher's Union or state organization in place, then there are rights. This is very rare. The truth is that a sub has no one to advocate for her or him. Three complaints (perhaps) and you can lose your job, even after years of work. If you are a retired teacher in the district & return to your old school, this of course is different. Everyone knows you. However, if you rotate among all the many schools in the district as I do, you rarely get to know anyone. The complaint arrives, the teacher and principal have never seen your face. There is a vulnerability in this situation that is hard to accept.

No, a teacher cannot disclose your grades to other students without your permission, as it is a violation of your privacy rights.

basic right of teachers are, to respect and pray for them as they are the one who guide us
If you are a student then you have no right to do this to your teacher. Doing this would only benefit the spouse. The school system should have no rights to do this either. The teacher could sue.
in my opinion, they don't have the rights to yell at a students face. but my teacher does that to my classmates. i think they only do it because the are trying to get their attention, but some teachers do it with yelling instead of just telling. their rights are to get a students attention so they can learn. but some teachers do it by yelling at their students. so technically they do have to the right to do it. unless you have my teacher because she gets mad enough to knock all the stuff off someones desk and onto the floor.
--the education system taking responsibility for older students (high school) generally turns out poorly. Basically, liability issues are why so many basic rights go out the window when you step into a high school - for example, rights to privacy and free speech. For older students, there are greater negative consequences of teacher responsibility.SO TEACHER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE
