Nobody knows exactly. I have no idea why people say 1 in 2 men develop it. That is absolute BS. Nobody in my family has ever got Cancer so it couldn't be right. If that was the case half the men in the world would get cancer in their lifetime, that is BS.

It all depends on your genetic makeup, diet, stress management, physical environment, water and air quality, relationship dynamics, interpersonal traits, and preventive behaviours. All humans carry inactive cancer cells and that's the big question for cancer research ..... why do some of these dormant cells become active only in some people and not others. Someone can lead a good life and not smoke, drink, eat well and do all the right things and still get cancer. It's a gamble and hopefully soon there will be a cure for this terrible disease.
