its likely that you have been carrying the virus for years. loads of people have it and have just never had an outbreak. probably being pregnant has put strain on your immune system so the warts have taken their chance and attacked you. if they get really bad they can cause problems in birth, but a lot of treatments cant be used when your pregnant. i think they can still use cyrotherapy though and it works :)
