That is the DUMBEST question i have ever seen. if there were no rivers or lakes, would you had ever drunken water? as for mountains, think of Mt Isa for example. if there were no mountains, there wouldn't be any such thing as the Rocky Mountains or Mount Everest. if you haven't heard of them, i can't help you.
