Best Answer

In many social interactions, ideologies can clash at the most un-opportune times. When a clash occurs often two ideals will be pitted against each other with the possibility of group cohesion to unravel. Typically the party with the best persuasive arguments will win out in open debate. The losing party will either concede or lose majority support. If an individual can not be persuasive on even the most basic levels maintaing group cohesion will unravel.
