~Never, NEVER, EVER get water into your pigs ears, this may cause a lot of health problems
~Make sure that you put your pig into a little bit of water first (esp. if its their first time), this will make them used to the water temp.
~ Try to not get water on your pigs face, I don't know if its the same with all of them, but my guinea pig got really scared, and her heart started to race....
~When the shower is over, make sure that you don't subject your piggy to drafts, I usually put my pigs in a towel when they are damp, I believe that it makes them more comfy.
~ Don't put your little loved one back into the cage until he/she is COMPLETELY dry. If you don't do this, your pig will just become really dirty again (not to be grouse, but when wet their poop sticks to them, and it is uncomfortable from them.)
