Why Dr.Shaista left ARY?
The basic reasons leaving ARY and GMP was financial crises with not only the producers of the GMP but also with the management of ARY. Show knew about her popularity and demand of GMP among the people because in begging of 2010 GMP started overtaking Nadia Khan show (which been officially the leading morning show from last half decade ). When she realizes her position she started demanding not only raise in salary but also a major part in the Production of programme while ARY and GMP's management was not agreeing to do so .They have been discussing and negotiating but non of them was willing to compromise. With the passage of time this issue was getting worse and worse. On other hand in the mid of year 2010 GEO sniffs the issue between ARY and Shaista Wahidi and as usual they started getting interest in this issue and tries to establish professional relations and to take revenge of (Dr SHAHID MASOOD AND AAMIT LIAQAT HUSSAIN( who quite GEO and joined ARY in 2010 for high salary and high position & Authority) .Therefor GEO had to offer something extra ordinary not on lt have the best host for the morning show but also take revenge from ARY GEO convinced Dr Shaista Wahidi for major part in production of UJP. (her name does not appear on the list of UJP's) producers names but she is the main member of production team. She still lives in Karachi with her family and conduct her show from ARY Karachi centre
