The second bomb was called Little Boy and it was dropped on Nagasaki.
The first atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima, Japan on August 6, 1945. The bomber that dropped it was nicknamed the "Enola Gay", named after the pilot's mother. Three days later, the second atomic bomb was dropped on Nagasaki, Japan, and the bomber in that case was "Bockscar" ("boxcar"), a pun based on the pilot's name, Bock.
There were two atom bombs dropped on Japan, not one. The planes were called the Enola Gay which dropped the first bomb and the second plane was called Bockscar. The cities were Hiroshima (first bomb) and Nagasaki (second bomb).
The first bomb, which was dropped on Hiroshima was named "Little Boy." The second bomb, which was dropped on Nagasaki was named "Fat Man."

Hiroshima, on August 6th, 1945. A second one was dropped shortly after on Nagasaki on August 9th, 1945. Between 300,000-400,000 civilians (and a few military personnel) were killed in both bomb drops. Note: About 150,000 were killed instantaneously, while another 150,000 died of burns, radiation sickness, and cancer in subsequent days, months, and years.
