- First off, BDOC will get a call of an unauthorized A/C engine run from airfield management.
- BDOC will then make contact with the posted patrols in the affected area and ask them to initiate a stop alert.
- The responsible patrols for that area (flight line) will then set up on the front and back of the aircraft. If there is only one patrol, they will set up in front and wait for back-up to set up in the back.
- The lead patrol will then make contact with the pilot in any way possible to shut down their engines.
- When this is done SF will apprehend and detain everyone on board to make sure a more serious incident like attempted hi-jacking hasn't occurred.
