age of consent is 16 years old, dating age doesnt matter, as long as its not sexual. for the law will allow a 50 year old man to date a 3 year old as long as it isn't sexual. gross noone should do it but the laws allow it. basically if you keep it pg it doesnt matter. but at the age of consent I don't think there are age limitations.
