Side effects generally vary from individual to individual. Taking Adderall and Risperdal at the same time shouldn't cause any significant problems, since they don't majorly interact with each other. However, since they're both forms of psychiatric drugs, if you plan on taking both for a prolonged period of time definitely consult a doctor.

Adderall can cause an allergic reaction in individuals, even if in the past they have had no reactions: symptoms include hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, tongue, lips, or throat. In the event of an allergic reaction, seek medical help immediately.
Stop taking Adderall and consult your physician immediately if you have a serious side effect such as:
- fast, pounding, or uneven heartbeat;
- fainting, or feeling light-heated;
- severe headache, blurred vision, trouble concentrating, chest pain, numbness, or seizure (signs of increased blood pressure)
- shaking, restlessness, hallucinations, unusual behavior, or muscle twitches
Less serious side effects that have been reported include: headache or dizziness, sleep problems, dry mouth, diarrhea or constipation, loss of appetite, and increase or decrease in sex drive and ability to achieve orgasm.

Hello. No this is unfortunately one of the side effects of Adderall. When you have been taking the medication regularaly for 7-14 days, you will notice the side effects decreasing.

Folks on a stable combination don't usually have this problem. This problem particular problem goes away once doses are adjusted. Most folks don't experience this particular side effect.

Umm, I've never experienced major sexual side effects, or any. I'd suggest just to get off of it if the side effects bother you that much. When I was on it, it altered my psyche. I mostly reverted back to how I was before hand, but there's still some permanent damage I guess.
