In most cases it is prescibed to patients with sleeplesness problems.It has huge side effects.It eventually worsens the mental stabilty making you addicted to the tablet.you tend to feel sleepy whole day,lethargic & intoxicated.These are the immediate side effects.Irregular bowel problem,changes like roughness & dullness of skin & hair,menstrual abnormalities etc also follows with it.
