There are many types of STD's and they all have different symptoms and they are the same for both males and females. Go see a doctor if you think you have one.
General symptoms of an std include:

Foul odors cooming from down stairs, unusual and or coloured discharge, itching, pain, burning, pain full urination, unusual bumps or lumps on the genitals can all be signs of an std. But to confirm if you have one you should be tested by a doctor.
Some men might have no symptoms with some diseases. Not having symptoms isn't proof that there's no infection, so it makes sense to get tested if you are at risk.

If symptoms occur, they might include pain with urination, discharge from the penis, rashes, bumps, pain with bowel movements, pain in the scrotum, fever, fatigue, itching or burning, a skin lesion that may or may not hurt, swollen lymph nodes in the genital area, diarrhea, sore throat, joint pain, or eye symptoms similar to pinkeye.
Common signs include pain during urination, rash, discharge and unpleasant odors. However in many cases, STD's can go on without showing signs for a long time.
These signs are different for each type of disease.
