  • Sweating, feeling of warmth (although sweat glands have muscarinic receptors, thus "adrenergic manifestations" is not entirely accurate)
  • Pallor, coldness, clamminess

  • Feeling of numbness "pins and needles" (paresthesia)

Hypoglycemia is low blood sugar below 60. Symptoms would include shakiness, decreased concentration and possible syncope. The rule is to take 15 grams of a carbohydrate, and check again in 15 minutes and repeat if necessary.
