Very high heart rate, severe dehydration, (mouth very dry) the brain feeling like its expanding.. And Seizures (foaming from mouth) or they will get brain damage and most likely die from the extensive damage.
Hope this helps, I lost a friend to ecstasy because he didn't know what he was doing...it was his first time and he did not drink enough water, and was dancing non stop.. until he had a seizure and his brain just switched off after about 1 hour and half... A friend of mine had X slipped in her drink. She didn't show many symptoms at all. Her heart just stopped a few minutes after it happened. She woke up two days later and was in the hospital. She didn't know where she was or what had happened. They said she coded (heart stopped and had to be brought back) three times. If you have even a suspicion that she has had something slipped to her, get her help right away. I worked for a police department for seven years. I can't tell you how many times we had to call ambulances down to the clubs for kids with no pulse that had taken X, intentionally or not. Don't worry about anyone getting in trouble or what questions may be asked. Just get help.
A good thing to check for on a person who you might think to have overdosed, is their pulse... if they have no no pulse, they probably overdosed. Another sign is convulsions or violently throwing up all over everything that they see. Pale and clammy skin along with purple lips, also defecation all over everything is another good sign that they overdosed. Those are just a few ways to tell if someone overdosed...DON'T DO DRUGS
Externally: Dilated pupils, gurning, shivering, unusual facial expression, sweating, demonstates ecstatic behaviour: overwhelmed, extremely empathic, loved-up, excited, talkative, hugging, may want to sit down and talk alot or may want to dance.
Internally: The experience changes as time passes from overwhelming excitement to ecstatic then loved up, feelings of empathy, desire to dance and later or alternatively to sit down and talk alot. Some people experienc a negative come-down. Some enjoy the come-down. Come-down can be alleviated with hugging, marrijuana and or alcohol if you're that way inclined.
Well beings my brother has overdosed before I think I can tell you haha. Well for one after the medicine begins to kick in you will realize a sort of droopy feeling that is because you are begin to feel the drowsiness of the medication. Second you will immediately after feeling drowsiness begin to experience some major headaches and slurred speech with slower thinking rate, at this point the abuser shall begin feeling the effects of immobilization. Next comes the dizziness and the spinning, you by this point are so edged up you want to go to sleep but can't because of a headache. Your heart begins trying to pump blood through your arteries to try and concentrate the blood flow. The interior pumps begin opening and the drugs taint the blood which is being pumped throughput your interior body. Next comes either liver failure or heart failure. Within 24 hours of no immediate care you will most likely be dead.
the first sign will be a major headache. if you start to feel your head pounding, you need to stop and slowly sip (not chug) a bottle of water.
