They both produce electricity, the first is clean and renewable, the second is not.
it was awesome
This is an extremely important topic. The more developed a country is, the more energy they use. The problem is that energy can currently only be realistically be made by fossil fuels or by nuclear power. Some energy can be made hydroelectric, but this is limited. Alternative energies can be created, but they produce less energy then the cost to create so do not provide any additional power. Some people believe that the output of fossil fuel plants creates warming of our planet. If found to br true, this would be bad.
Paleobotany is the study of pre-historic plants on the basis of fossil evidence while Paleontology is the study of life in prehistoric times by using fossil evidence. The only similarity is that they both gain their evidences from fossils.
this energy is obtained through burning fossil fuels, coal, oil,and natural gas
None, however there are many dissimilarities. Coal is a fossil fuel. Burning it consumes a limited resource and generates CO2 which contributes to global warming. Wind generation, like solar power and hydro-electric generation do not involve consumption of minerals. Also, they are non-polluting forms of energy. The only connection between the two that I can draw, are that, as coal prices increase, there are more investments in wind power.
They both produce electricity, the first is clean and renewable, the second is not.
they arn't the same type of energy
No it is its own source of energy
hydroelectric energy is free to the fuel fossil
No, hydroelectricity is a Alternative energy resource.
They're both fossil fuels, and they're often burned for energy.
The five sources of energy are solar, nuclear, wind, hydroelectric and fossil fuels. Nowadays there are five energy sources: fossil fuels, nuclear, wind, hydroelectric amd solar. The alternative sources are solar, wind and hydroelectric.
No, hydroelectric power is produced from the movement of water spinning a turbine. Fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas) produce energy by burning.
renewable energy, for example solar energy, hydroelectric energy and Wind Energy.
Energy resources that are not fossil fuels are often collectively called "renewable resources." These include wind, solar, hydroelectric, geothermal energy sources.
Humans need more electricity, regardless of source. Hydroelectric and other renewable sources of energy are preferred to energy produced from the burning of fossil fuels.
Energy cannot be created nor destroyed, only changed in form. Sources of energy which do not involve fossil fuels include solar, geothermal, hydroelectric, tidal, wave, wind and nuclear.
