"The story is that Williams was impressed by the brilliance of Cornell's red and white uniforms and later insisted that {Campbell Soup] adopt those colors for the labels on its cans. The company's original colors were black and orange. The new colors began appearing in 1899."
Not all Campbell's soup labels have blue on them. Most of them are red, white, brown, black, yellow and gray. If it has blue on it, it is on the ribbon in the front of the can.

If you can look around you and see more than six colors, then it's obviously false.
There are many colors which can be created by mixing the six split primary colors.
