This has three answers.
First is the London Good Delivery Bar. It weighs roughly 400 troy ounces. The gold bars you see in the movies are meant to be this bar...but since one Good Delivery bar is worth well over a half-million dollars, movie supply houses sell fake gold bars.
Second are the "bullion bars" you can buy from someone like Kitco. They come in various weights from one to 100 ounces.
The third answer is for industrial bars, which are purchased not as an investment but because you make things out of the metal. Industrial bars have no standard size. A jewelry factory who uses 500 ounces of 10k gold and 300 ounces of 14k gold per day can have a refinery produce bars of those sizes and finenesses.

Quite simple, just melt gold in a crucible and pour it into a mold for the desired size of bar. When the gold has cooled and solidified remove the bar from the mold. Often finished bars are then assayed by taking a "bite" out of the gold bar and testing it for purity, but this is not necessary if the gold was already of known purity before melting.
5000000 gold bars equal 5000000!
Density is an intensive quality as opposed to extensive. Therefore the density of both bars is the same.
The term "biscuit gold" typically refers to gold bars that are cast in a rectangular shape, often weighing about 1 kilogram (32.15 troy ounces) or 400 ounces (about 12.4 kg) for larger bars. The weight can vary depending on the specific bar size and manufacturer's specifications. However, the most commonly traded biscuit gold bars are the 1 kg and 400 oz variants.

Gold bars usually have a rectangular shape with a smooth or stamped surface showing details like weight, purity (often 9999 fine), and the refinery’s logo. Sizes range from small 1-gram bars to large 400-ounce ones. Dealers such as BOLD Precious Metals offer a variety of these bars for both collectors and investors.
BullionVault sells gold bars on their website. The cost of gold bars changes daily and depends on where you want to buy the gold from. On their website there is an app for figuring out the price that gold bars will cost on the day you are buying. Apmex is another website that sells gold bars and they advertise prices as low as $24.99 per one ounce bar.
