Osseous tissue, it's main constituent is collagen (type I collagen to be precise) produced by fibroblasts.

Along with associated molecules (calcium, phosphorous and magnesium ions).

Osteoblasts are the cells that move over bone tissue to deposit these molecules and crystalise them, including collagen Type I, together to form the bone mineral (a collagenous matrix structure)

NB, collagen is a protein synthesised in the body by fibroblasts.
