It is fairly easy to find a free sheet music download of Bella's Lullaby, by Carter Burwell. Type "free sheet music Bella's lullaby" in a Google box and it should pop up with several options. As for the Twilight score (meaning all of the classical music you hear during the movie), you can order the Twilight Score Songbook on Amazon. I believe there are 10 songs, and you have the option of buying the normal version or the easier version of the songs.
A new CD for Twilight was just released called Twilight: The Score. You might try listening to that and see if it's on there or try the original soundtrack.
