The budding(flowering) period is usually 8 - 10 wk's,don't water or feed for 7-10 days at end of flowering, your buds are supposed to be sticky(sign of good crop),you should see orange/gingery bits(looks like strands of hair) on your buds, if you have done the 8-10 weeks of flowering its time to cut the plant down & hang your buds upside down on a piece of string(like a clothes line) for a further week/10days to dry then its puff puff. hope this helps.
