Over time Coeliac disease will affect the intestines and colon of a person and make their body unable to absorb the nutrients from foods being digested. Over time this disease can cause damage to other organs as they body's supply of iron and other nutrients runs down.

Not unless its been left untreated for a very long time. I think there is a slight increase risk of bowl cancer with coeliac disease but nothing to be alarmed by. It can be controlled by a gluten free diet.
Is coeliac stuff disgusting?
It depends.. I would advise you to bake your own gluten free stuff instead of buying food from the supermarket. Also, use a powder (for when you bake) called XANTHUM GUM which you should use about 1 TEASPOON or HALF A TEASPOON for when you bake. But really, coeliac food stinks! I wish I wasn't a coeliac! I'm eleven and I have a soft spot for cakes.
