There is no proof that smoking moldy buds will hurt you. There are mold spurs everywhere you go ! Even when going for a walk in the park.
Rumors are that smoking moldy buds in a joint could possibly be harmful, but not pipes and bongs because the spurs are getting burnt and destroyed strait away!

∙ 14y agoIf your weed is moldy, it will be easily visible. It'll look just like regular mold that grows on stale bread: greyish-whitish and fuzzy. If it's just a little bit of that greyish-whitish, fuzzy mold, then it's still OK to smoke (although it would be a good idea to pick off as much of the mold as you can before smoking). If it's a black mold, however, then you should probably just throw the weed in the garbage.

But if you smoke enough of the mold you can get problems(I've known some people and myself that smoked moldy weed and started to get a rash on skin right above joints on your body like elbow or wrist)
