There are currently no TCG rulings for the Effect monster, "The Winged Dragon of Ra", because it hasn't been released in English yet.
never
Unlike in the movie, the TCG and OCG Pyramid of Lightdoes not have any direct correlation to The Winged Dragon of Ra. Furthermore, The Winged Dragon of Ra cannot be in "Phoenix Mode" in the card game. This concept only exists in the anime.
Winged Dragon of Ra's game-legal reprint differs from what most people expected, it is not the same as on the show. It does not gain any ATK from the monsters that were tributed for the summon, but when you summon it, you can pay your life down to 100 (not 1) and it will gain as much ATK as lifepoints you paid. (The card isn't available in English yet, but has recently come out in Japan and Korea, and like the legal version of Obelisk, the TCG should get it too within a few months)
Yes, it has a few legal prints. There are at least two Japanese versions, where it is called F.G.D, and it has an English TCG-legal print too where it is called Five-Headed Dragon.
Crimson Dragon is currently not a TCG or OCG card.
Black-Winged Dragon does not have a direct correlation to the Blackwing series, despite its name. It is the Signer Dragon of Crow Hogan and, like all Signer Dragons, is in a different Archetype. It does not belong with the BlackwingArchetype, but rather the Signer Dragons Archetype. In reality, Black-Winged Dragon does not benefit from nor does it give benefits to a Blackwing Deck. This is similar to the Harpie's Brother TCG ruling. Harpie's Brother does not benefit from any Harpiesupport cards because, in Japanese, its name translates to Birdman, and therefore, does not have the HarpieArchetype in its name. Likewise to Black-Winged Dragon, Harpie's Brother does not have any correlation to the Harpies even though it has the name.
There is currently no game-legal print of Slifer the Sky Dragon. Obelisk has a TCG and OCG print, Ra has an OCG print, so there will eventually be a legal Slifer.
The Winged Dragon of Ra is the best Egyptian god card. Slifer the Sky Dragon and Obelisk the Tormenter are equal.[Edit] This is according to the T.V. show but in the TCG Obelisk the Tormentor is the best
There are multiple cards. Older TCG cards like "5 Headed Dragon" and "Dragon Master Knight". The Egyptian God cards like "The Winged Dragon of Ra" are very rare as well. Unfortunately, Berserk Dragon isn't rare at all. All in all, any card can be rare, it's the matter of finding them/.
Lightpulsar Dragon is unlimited in the current TCG. I.e You can use 3 in a deck.
"Rainbow Dragon" was released in the TCG booster pack Tactical Evolution.
