clear cutting is one threat to the ocelot
The one of many threats of an ocelot are: Being hunted for their beautiful coats, and loss of territory.

Ocelots are not an endangered species, and, are not hunted for their fur much anymore because to possess fur from spotted or striped cats is illegal. Although loss of habitat is a concern, the ocelot continues to thrive.
