What are the three aspects of a good resume?

Writing a great resume does not necessarily mean following the rules that you've heard passed along to you through the grape vine. A resume is the foundation of a job search, and while anyone can create one, a truly effective resume is difficult to write. Every resume is an individual marketing strategy. It must include planning and professionalism and must be a subtle but powerful advertisement of yourself. Depending on what sort of job you're applying for, as well as the experience you've had in the past, the requirements in terms of format and content may change. What must always remain the same however, is the resume's ability to stand out in a pile of hundreds. Yes, hundreds. The person going through the stack of applicant resumes is no more excited about doing so than you would be. A few dozen resumes in, most will barely get a second glance. If your resume is difficult to read, has the wrong objective statement or is grammatically flawed, it will get tossed aside and the job you applied for will be filled by someone else.

Time is needed, and a computer is recommended. On the resume itself, you should have former working experience (how much time you've spent with that job). You should have what skills you have that make you suitable for the job. Do NOT put anything in you're resume that would make a bad impression on you.
