It is located on the passenger side firewall. It is the center of the three relays behind the strut tower.
Dodge uses relays, the ASD relay will be on the firewall.

Check under the hood, behind the cover that is attached to the firewall. GM often puts fuses and relays there.

You could by-pass the fuel pump relay with a jumper wire. The fuel pump relay is located in back of the glove compartment. There are three relays back there, one for the fuel pump, one for the horn and one for the daytime running lights. Which order they go I don't know, you would have to do the process of elimination to find out.

Look in the fuse box under the hood - against the firewall on the passenger side. It's one of the relays there
The signal and 4 way flasher relays are behind the lower dash panel aprox under the radio. The lower dash panel must be removed to gain access.

I do not know if your 95 is the same as a 92 but there are five relays on the firewall. They are inside of a black plastic box about 1.5" x 8" x 4". Mine is in the middle of the firewall about 6" from the top of firewall. I took out two bolts with 10 mm. socket, then take the box apart there are five relays inside including cooling fan relay. Your question does not say which relay you are looking for! Hope this helps.
