Dependson whether you're talking about eukaryotic (plant, animal, or both) or prokaryotic (bacteria), or both.

All cells, in general, have cytoplasm, ribosomes, and plasma membranes.

FYI: Some people say that all cells in general have a nucleus. However that is a false statement for a prokaryotic cell.
