Fossils can form from pretty much anything. They normally form from animals fish and objects such as jewelry. Fossils are very unique things and show us what happened in history :)
booooooooooggggggggggggiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeee mmmmmmmmmaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnn is a fossil as well ;)
The most 3 common fossils are vertebrates, invertebrates, and plants.
1. Per mineralization
2. Casts and molds
3. Replacement and recrystallization
There are actually 5 different types, the trace fossils, the carbon film fossils, the molds and casts, the petrified fossils, and the index fossils.

There are a variety of types of fossils. These include cast fossils, mold fossils, petrified wood, as well as fossil fuels.
Fossils are formed in sedimentary rock because the rock is formed at temperatures that do not destroy the fossils like the igneous rocks would.
Petrified Fossils, Molds, Casts, Carbon Films and Trace Fossils.
There are three basic types of rock; sedimentary, igneous and metamorphic. Igneous rocks are formed by volcanic action and don't contain fossils. Sedimentary rocks are formed, usually under water, by eroded material accumulating. Metamorphic rocks are formed when sedimentary rocks are changed by heating and/or pressure. From this, you can see that sedimentary rocks are the most likely to contain fossils, although metamorphic rocks also can contain fossils. Any sedimentary rock can contain fossils, but some make fossil hunting easier. Shales and mudstones are particularly good; chalk is pretty much entirely made of fossils - it's formed of skeletons of small organisms, but its difficult to see the individual fossils.

By being buried quickly so they do not rot and fade away into nothingness.
Three types of marine animals in the Paleozoic Era were trilobites, brachiopods, and archaeocyathids.
well the sedimentary is formed by heat and pressure
