Alaska is an ENORMOUS state. The time of sunrise and sunset are dependent on the date and the location. You can use the US Naval Observatory's Sunrise/Sunset Calculator to figure out what time the Sun rises or sets for any date and location.
In June in Alaska, the sunrise can occur as early as around 4:00 AM and sunset can be as late as around 11:30 PM. This is due to the high latitude of Alaska, which experiences long daylight hours during the summer months.
In northern Alaska, there is no sunset at all for most or all of June which means there can't be a sunrise since the sun in continuously above the the horizon line. In southern Alaska, the sun will set very late (around 11pm) and rise again around 2am but even when the sun is below the horizon, the sky won't get "dark" dark.

Sunrise: 5:19 AM Alaska Daylight Saving Time
Sunset: 8:44 PM Alaska Daylight Saving Time
The elevation of an area will greatly affect the timings of a sunrise and a sunset. Depending on how high the altitude is, the sun can set or rise 8 minutes later than it would if the altitude was very low.
Because the orbit of the sun is some what curved and elliptical so it causes variation in timings of sunrise and sunset.

Anyplace on earth that's farther north than the Arctic Circle, or farther south than the Antarctic Circle, has at least one day a year when the sun doesn't rise, and at least one day a year when the sun doesn't set. The closer you get to the poles, the longer these annual periods of no sunrise and no sunset get. Most of Alaska is south of the Arctic Circle, and has a sunrise and sunset every day of the year. The Arctic Circle crosses Alaska on the line roughly through Shishmaref, Allakaket, and Fort Yukon. North of that line is where you can have 24 hours without a sunrise or 24 hours without a sunset.
Your question is more about sunrise and sunset. Every day every where on earth lasts 24 hours. In June, the sun does not rise, and in December the sun does not set -- generally, during each 24-hour period.
