You would want to ask questions concerning your relationship and the possible future of it while also concerning your safety and trust with your man. You don't want to sound like you're interrogating him, but it is important that you ask though it does not have to be all in the same day and some are better to ask when the relationship is more serious. You can find smooth ways to incorporate the questions into everyday conversation with you two, and be prepared that he may ask the same back as he rightfully should.
- Are you married or have you ever been; do you ever plan to be married?
- Do you have children or do you plan to ever have any?
- Are you sexually active and if so, how many have you been with and do you use protection?
- Do you have any sexually transmitted diseases, herpes, HIV/AIDS?
- Have you ever been involved in drug and/or alcohol use/abuse?
- Are you a religious person and if so, what are your beliefs and practices? (this is important to ask because people are often surprised to find someone they are with either being very religious or not at all.)
- Do you have family/friends and how is your relationship with them?
- Are you dating for fun and want nothing too serious, and are you exclusive when you date?
- What is your source of income/do you work or have a job?
- What are your plans for your future if any?

Your question puzzled me until I noticed the top of the window. Do you think the words are telling you to "ASK ANSWER" for the answers to your questions? You click on "ASK" to ask a question, and you click on "ANSWER" to answer questions that others have asked.
