In Mark 12:30-31 Jesus states "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength. And the second is like it, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
Biblically, these should be the top two concerns of Christians: Loving god, and loving others. Unfortunately, that does not mean that Christians actually follow this, and all of them certainly fail at this because everyone "sins" which means everyone messes up.

From a different perspective: The above are the two great commandments according to Jesus, but if they are concerns, they are not being followed. If they are followed, they are of no concern. For a person who is in fact a Christian, these should not be concerns. One concern for contemporary Christians might be understanding the nature of a deep and mature faith. What is it, exactly? Where does it come from and how is it obtained? What actual (not glib or facile) role if any do I play in obtaining it for myself, or for anyone else? This has to do with a fundamental understanding of one's position before God.
Another might be: How does Jesus live in me and act through me, without my own needs and agenda getting in the way?
