- Make sure the rest of the house/office has electricity.
- Check plug socket is on.
- Check Power supply is turned on
- Check power cable is plugged into the back
- Check power supply is connected to motherboard
- If it is, see if the PSU fans spin up when turned on
- If not use a PSU tester
- If all is OK test motherboard.
